The bid procees, follow-up and installation were all performed at a high level. Every promise made was fulfilled and Owen’s responsiveness, even after installation, was great. The best part is by following their recommendations, my home is cool and rooms that were too hot in the past are now comfortable!They also provided much more affordable solutions and payment options than the more traditional vendors. Costco couldn’t even get close to their bid. Truthfully I was nervous about the Runtru brand by Trane as it was talked down by the other guys, but I have been very pleased! It is quiet and efficient with the same warranties as the premium brand. Plus it is backed by Trane with their good service and parts.
